The ac units will keep you cool in the hottest summer months of Florida and the fireplace will keep you warm on the three days of winter we have in January..lol. The bunkhouse can sleep five comfortably, the dinette folds down for a single sleeping arrangement. The queen size bedroom is a nice room with a tv.
