Excellence for customer service.

I messed up and booked a camp site that was too small for the RV I rented and didn’t know until the night before. Scott reassured me we would figure something out and then figured it out for me! He was kind and generous through and through. Then my extremely sweet, shy, new-to-America, adopted, Filipino daughter then cooked somehow on top of the glass on the stove and after about 40 minutes of that it shattered. Again he was 100% patient, kind and generous with his forgiveness. She felt so ashamed. He was calm and understanding and swore it happened all the time and he made her feel better. He also didn’t overcharge me for the repair. I don’t know this man. We were NIGHTMARE customers and they were absolutely wonderful. I will use them every year and no one else. I own an inn called Lions and Lanterns in St Augustine and i love my guests but this man made me a better inn owner. He showed me exactly how I want to show up in the world and I am grateful to know him. See yall next year friend.

We had a great time and we are glad we used Dustyroadsrvrentals.com. The camper was perfect and just as described. It was delivered on time and it had everything we need to have a fun weekend camping. We will definitely be using them again next time

Family getaway

Suwannee Music Festival Experience

I have consistently used Scott and his wife and their different RVs for all of my music festival adventures. The one thing I can say with utmost confidence is they are the literal RV Kings of Florida. Exceptional service, kind human beings, and some of the best prices in RVs the market has to offer. The most important thing for myself and the group is communication and Scott never ceases to amaze me with how well he communicates and how smoothly everything runs. In consequence. While I was picking up my tickets at the box office, he was patiently waiting with his wife to hand me the keys. Seems like a small thing to do, but it makes a world of difference when you are trying to coordinate a lot of different things for a fun music festival experience. Furthermore, he's always a phone call or text away to answer any questions and make sure your experience is an unforgettable one. We showed up with the AC blasting and everything connected to where all we had to do was show up and have a good time. You are doing yourself a disservice by not using Scott and his RVs as the experience is absolutely flawless. Thanks again Scott for being the only person that I will use going forward
